Service Description
These vinyasa yoga classes are offered in seasonal blocks, built around a sequence designed to be physically challenging but accessible to all. Classes are kept small to optimise the experience for students. The series is run on a sliding scale to keep it accessible, while ensuring the sustainability of the class. Please choose the price that best reflects your circumstances. All options are welcome. If you would like to join a series that has already started, please get in touch. What to expect: - Please bring your own mat (there will be one or two available, if you forget) - The hall is maintained at room temperature year-round - Music will be played during the class - Manual adjustments offered only with ongoing consent

Cancellation Policy
You are welcome to cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before the series begins. Once the series has started refunds aren’t available, but please contact me if something unexpected comes up and I will try to offer a credit or alternative where possible.
